Up-Keep FrostGuard Pavement Pre-Treatment is your first line of defense against snow and ice buildup. Formulated to prevent snow and ice from bonding to surfaces, this easy-to-use liquid pre-treatment ensures safer, more accessible walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas. By accelerating the effectiveness of solid ice melt products, it reduces the need for excessive applications of salt and sand, improving efficiency and saving resources.
FrostGuard isn’t just for pavements—it’s also ideal for outdoor mechanical systems like conveyors and elevators, as well as rail switches and other deicing applications. Effective in temperatures as low as -10ºF, it works both as a pre-wetter before precipitation and as a deicer after snow and ice have accumulated.
